At good samaritan hospital we’ve been dealing with just one heckuva month. My aunt and my uncle with my last two relatives on the island that were still alive, 78 years old and in perfect health took them two weeks in the hospital of suffering, finally they both died in a coma together in the same hospital room days apart. My best buddy left behind a two-year-old and a three-year-old boy and a girl and a beautiful wife that worked at Stony Brook University Hospital, fatherless.
Ps- apologies if I’m a little bit anxious right now like I said, this is been a very tough two weeks for myself and my family, I lost my aunt and my uncle Marilyn and Clifford Soberg from Wheatley Heights New York, I also lost my best friend of 31 years old, all from coronavirus. I was thinking maybe asking them to pay a little bit more and get an upgraded device with more space or just work something out to get something shipped back faster do you not think that is a good idea? there are just a lot of different variables involved that maybe I should’ve reconsidered before sending the device in. Since I have a data contract with a cell phone carrier also, It was just a simple question thinking should the user also be paying the data also, many people would be in a similar situation right now, I’m just thinking about all the applications, personally I am not worried about the financial problem right now, I’m just worried about getting the product back in my hand. When I was there, we were never allowed to speak ill of our products, no matter what they were, and we certainly weren't allowed to down-talk a customer like that.No I think you misinterpreted what I meant, and I am quite appreciative of your ideas by the way, that’s OK that’s why I thanked you multiple times ,just meaning this could take quite a while if it takes a month or so, it wasn’t more so the financial aspect it was just something else to think about for other users in the same situation that many people are going to be in. I couldn't believe they could get away with talking like that. Just so you know, you're stuck without a computer when you get a virus, and there's no restore CDs in there, so you'll be back because it's gonna happen". I told him it was under control, and he drops a "Okay, boss. The sales guy comes up and tries to push the setup/optimization and restore discs. I bought my wife a computer a couple of years ago, and she doesn't need much, so I didn't get anything super fancy. The worst is when the sales people try and talk down to me as if I don't know what I'm getting into. I work in IT, and I've got a knack for electronic stuff, so I can easily fix my shit if it breaks. Sometimes, I'll buy the PRP/"Black Tie" or whatever they're called now, but the price has to be right.

I worked there in Geek Squad (well, it was just the PC Tech Bench then, but it's all the same) It was NEVER this bad when I was there, and I hated being forced to try and sell installs on the simplest things.
